Visited recently for a family get together. We had meals and a drink.
Can you tell me Greene King pubs don't stock Greene King IPA or smooth beers anymore, ie John Smiths or Worthington smooth. Not everyone likes lager or craft ales.

Spent over £200 on food and drink for a birthday meal. Over 40 minutes gap on meals brought out to the table. When questioned about the massive delay Anthony the floor manager was quite rude and intimidating towards one of the females in the party. We decided we wanted to complain regarding this but he laughed and went off out of sight with out resolving the issue. We visit quite often but will now not be returning due to this. Very disappointing and had hoped the problem before christmas with waiting for a drink that had been payed for to be brought to the table for nearly 30 minutes was just a one off mistake from the same floor manager.
*added after reply as no option to reply. Non of the party were shouting etc as claimed. All 3 ordering done so together all with the same table number. It's obvious the chain will cover the backs of the staff when more training is clearly needed.

Anthony was a great host and the food here was amazing. I recommend the beef slow rib it was incredible! My friend said that it is the best food that he has had in the UK

Popped in after a long day out with the family. We didn't book in advance so was a little worried they wouldn't have space for all of us especially because we wanted to eat (family of 7) But the service was fantastic. The waitress Katrina welcomed us all in and got us all sorted in no time. Will definitely be calling in again.

Anthony was so very helpful and a credit to the pub I couldn’t be happier with the service I received off him I would definitely recommend based on his customer service 5/5 will definitely be coming back again

Always used to come here with my closest friend and decided to revisit for old times sake. Still love it, will re-revisit. It was weird seeing a load of new faces, namely Anthony but the service was almost instant and the guy was pretty nice

Served my Antony with a lovely friendly smile. Checked in on us and cleared the table quickly without disturbing us.
Food was lovely and hot. Great portion sizes. Came all out together. Great!

Great place to go for food and drinks! So reasonably priced our server was Katrina and she was so helpful as I suffer with allergies and talked me through everything nothing was too much trouble!

Very very very lovely place, with a well decorated outdoor area too! All the staff are super friendly and are always willing to help you out! nicola is always very very friendly and is always cheerful! i often go to the bowman and she always has a smile on her face and always makes me laugh! It’s a very very lovely place and the food is lovely!

Visit if you want for beer and sport but the food is inedible.
Not sure how they can get peas so wrong.... Grey and lifeless.

I popped in for lunch, I had Scampi, chips & peas with tartar sauce and 1/2 pint lager. Staff were ok, The scampi was tasty but weren't hot. The chips tasted like oven chips and the peas were ok. The presentation was standard though the large plate made the meal look a little chaotic. The whole thing cost £11.94 which is around average for this meal. The surroundings where I sat had basic decor and a little dark though there were brighter areas of the building.
The whole experience was kinda average.

Popped in over the weekend for something to eat with my family , food and service was great . Especially wanted to thank Danielle she was really attentive and was brilliant with my kids we will defo be back.
